An exclusive and stylish running board that enhances the car's luxurious look. Integrated running board with illumination makes it easy to enter and exit the car and to load the car's roof. It has LED illuminated strips on its outer edge which show where to place your foot, and which give the car a cool appearance. The lighting is coordinated with the car's interior light logic(The lighting is only activated when the car is stationary.).
The running board is mainly made of strong aluminium for the lowest possible weight and high resistance, which can withstand 300 kg. The surface of the running board consists of stainless steel and everything is framed by an exterior coloured plastic panel. To reduce the risk of slipping on the board, rubber anti-slip protection is integrated in the metal section. The running board replaces the car's standard fitted sill mouldings.

If the car is ordered from the factory with option code (999) for Integrated running board with illumination, the supplied wiring does not need to be used as it is already installed. Option code (999) is standard on certain markets and this wiring does not need to be used.
